  30. I'm looking for a 28.8 modem, and will either get a Mot or a USR.  I
  31. have a few questions.

  33. 1.  Is the PowerSeries obsolete now?       NO

  42.     A:  The ModemSURFR is not flash upgradable and has no security
  43. features.  The ModemSUFRR is bundled with online packages, game
  44. software, and kids educational software.

  46. 5.  Q:  Is there any place I can download command sets for Power
  47.     and/or Surfr?

  53.     A:  The hardware for the OnlineSURFR and the ModemSURFR are the
  54. same.   The OnlineSURFR is bundled with additional software for the
  55. Internet (Internet phone, Home page creator, etc.).  The        Online
  56. SURFR is also bundled with a complete guide to the internet.
